The LB520-A is an LED indicator with a maximum voltage of 24 volts (V), and a power rating of 10 watts (W). The LED configuration consists of two LED diodes on the back of the base. In terms of working principle, it’s connected to the power grid using two wires. The power is applied to the two LED diodes in a breakaway configuration. The two diodes allow a two-way connection to be made, thus allowing the LB520-A to emit highly visible light. As the power is applied, the voltage starts increasing and the LEDs emit light thereafter. The power consumption during operation is very low as the current consumption by both LEDs is far less than that of traditional incandescent indicators.
