Working Principle

The LC-F-1 controller system is composed of two parts: the level probe and the control unit. The level probe is a sensing device that measures the liquid level in the tank. If it is outside the range, then the control unit will trigger a signal to start the corresponding control system.The controllable control system is composed of actuators and other mechanical components. When the measured liquid level is lower than the preset lower limit, the control unit will issue a signal to the actuator to open the valve, thus increasing the filling of the tank. Similarly, when the liquid level exceeds the preset upper limit, the control unit will issue a signal to the actuator to close the valve, thus reducing the filling of the tank and maintaining the liquid level at the preset value. In summary, the LC-F-1 controller system works by measuring the liquid level in the tank, processing the data and then adjusting the actuators accordingly to ensure the liquid level stays within the preset range.
