The LE7920-2DJCT is a commercially available integrated circuit (IC) which converts digital logic signals into appropriate amplitudes and frequencies of analog electrical signals. Features

Working Principle

The LE7920-2DJCT is designed to function with two types of signals: non-transitional timing signals and repetitive timing signals. During non-transitional timing signals, the IC takes two clock signals, a start pulse and a count pulse, and counts their rising edges before generating an output signal. For these types of operations, the IC is configured to use a 3-wire system for communication. Repetitive timing signals on the other hand, require only one source of timing signals which are generated by the rising and falling edges of the input signals.The LE7920-2DJCT then processes these signals according to input data and the clock signals to produce amplified output signals.
