LE79252BTCT is a high-voltage interface circuit that can be used in 9V / 12V / 15V supply systems. It supports the full operating voltage range of -0.3V to 10V and provides an excellent degree of component compatibility. The device can be used for isolation, logic, and power conversion in automotive, industrial and communication systems.Since the LE79252BTCT is able to operate over a wide voltage range, it can effectively convert input logic levels from 0 to 10V to output logic levels from 0 to 12V. This is especially useful for interfacing systems with different voltages that may be sensitive to minor voltage fluctuation or for power conversion for communication systems.Furthermore, the device is available with an integrated adjustable slew rate control function, suitable for various applications such as power line communication systems, thus reducing the number of discrete components required in the design.The device includes both a low-impedance and a high impedance input buffer which allows it to operate safely and reliably over a wide range of logic levels. The low impedance input buffer provides an input impedance of only 100Ω and the high impedance input buffer provides 5KΩ of total impedance. The output buffers are equipped with an adjustable pull-down resistor which allows the user to select the suitable output impedance. Combined with the built-in slew rate control function, the circuit provides good noise immunity and robust performance in noisy environments.In order to achieve good control of the output slew rate, the LE79252BTCT is designed to use a variety of clock frequencies with respect to the input voltage. This is achieved by using two separate charge pumps and by adjusting the clock frequency of the device according to the input voltage.
