The LM3224MM-ADJEV is a powerful evaluation board that can be used to evaluate the LM3224MM power supply controller. This board evaluated the performance of the LM3224MM controller in various applications including high power sub-woofer amplifiers, set-top boxes, laptop chargers, and even mobile phone chargers.

This evaluation board is designed to host the LM3224MM controller in a stable manner. The circuit board includes the controller, input voltage filter circuitry, output voltage and current sense circuitry, overvoltage protection circuitry, dual-mode undervoltage lockout circuitry, and an output short-circuit protection circuit. By connecting the controller with external circuitry like resistors, inductors, and capacitors, the board is able to emulate a full-fledged off-line switching mode power supply.
