The LM3262TMX/NOPB is a monolithic integrated circuit specializing in power and current management for high-voltage or low-current applications. It is part of the National Semiconductor LM3262 family of voltage regulators, which are specially designed for industrial, automotive, and communication applications in the range of 1.8V to 6.5V.The LM3262TMX/NOPB is a low-dropout (LDO) regulator that operates with an output voltage of 1.8V to 6.5V.
