LM53601NQDSXRQ1 is a DC DC switching regulator, an integrated low quiescent current, high efficiency voltage regulator. It is designed to provide superior performance in applications such as portable computing, cellular phone power amplifiers, cellular phones and other imaging applications.
It is a best-in-class low quiescent current regulator that provides high efficiency and low noise. It incorporates an advanced switching scheme which enables ultra-low quiescent current with fast transient response and output voltage accuracy.
The LM53601NQDSXRQ1 includes an accurate 20.8V voltage reference. It has a wide input voltage range of up to 28V. It also provides an adjustable output voltage range from 4.3V to 20V, with a maximum output current of up to 2.5A.
The LM53601NQDSXRQ1 also offers low dropout mode, enabling a power conversion efficiency of up to 95%.
