The LM63EVAL/NOPB is a high performance integrated sensor device designed to provide accurate and reliable temperature monitoring capability for a variety of applications. Built upon Texas Instruments’ direct extension of the decade-old LM75 temperature-sensing second-generation temperature sensor, the board offers a choice of either 2- or 3-wire digital interface and utilizes the LM63 chip to detect temperature.
