LMH6572MQ is a quad high-speed differential analog switch designed for applications in the frequency range from DC up to 6GHz. The device can be used to switch differential signals between different sources, reference signals, and power supplies. With its low insertion loss, excellent linearity and low crosstalk, it is ideal for applications such as high-speed differential data switches, test & measurement, robotic systems, and communications.

LMH6572MQ is a 16-pin TSSOP integrated circuit featuring four low-voltage, high-speed differential analog switches with an operating voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. The devices feature a low ON-resistance of 2.25 ohms maximum and a low propagation delay of 2.6ns maximum. The integrated circuit supports both single-ended switch configurations and differential-to-differential switch configurations for both positive and negative logic.

The LMH6572MQ is designed to be flexible in switch performance. It features a wide dynamic range, ensuring a low ON-state resistance over the entire supply voltage range. The device also has a low ON-resistance flatness of ≤ 0.8Ω, which ensures little or no signal attenuation at higher frequencies.

The device offers a high ON-state isolation of greater than 30dB and excellent crosstalk performance. It is capable of switching up to 4GHz differential signals with low crosstalk and excellent channel-to-channel isolation.
