The LP2960IM-3.3/NOPB is a low-dropout linear voltage regulator designed to provide qualiy power supply regulation in permanent space or airborne applications. It has the capability to deliver up to 3A while allowing operation down to 1.2V and up to 25V, making it ideal for meeting the fluctuating power demands of space-critical circuits.

The LP2960IM-3.3/NOPB is a three-terminal voltage regulator which features an enable pin (EN) which can be used to turn off the regulator and enable stand-by modes. This enable pin also features a logic-level compatible comparator that lets users implement a single-pin, voltage-adjustable reference design.

The LP2960IM-3.3/NOPB has an output range from 1.2 V up to 25.2V, making it suitable for use in environments where other parts cannot tolerate wide voltage ranges. It provides short-circuit protection, as well as thermal protection, making it suitable for use in small-signal applications as well.
