It is a vertical axial-type inductor with a ferrite core that has a layered structure. The coil is wound on the ferrite core and is composed of wires which can resist high temperatures. The inductor is encased in a PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) material that can withstand high temperatures and prevent the inductor from short-circuiting.FeaturesThe LQH55DN102M03L is a high-performance and cost-effective vertical axial-type inductor with superior characteristics. It has a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, high power rating up to 6W, high-precision inductance value of 1.0mΩ to 4.7mΩ, and high current rating of 1A. The inductor also has a low self-resonance frequency of 1GHz, low parasitic capacitance, and low loss.Working principleThe LQH55DN102M03L is composed of a coil windings and a ferrite core. When electricity is passed through the coil windings, a magnetic field is produced in the ferrite core. This magnetic field influences the resistance of the coil and produces an inductance, which is the basic principle behind the functioning of inductors. The inductance of an inductor is directly proportional to the number of turns in the coil, the size of the core, the permeability of the core material, and the coiling technique.In addition, the LQH55DN102M03L also has an adjustable inductance value through use of a core coil. The adjustable core coil consists of a ferrite rod with three terminal wires, one connected to the starting point of the coil, one connected to the middle of the coil, and one connected to the end of the coil.
