The LT1009CPWG4 voltage reference is a precision voltage reference from the PMIC - Voltage Reference family. It is a low cost, low power and stable voltage source. The chip is optimized for very low temperature drift (20ppm/°C max) and is ideal for high precision applications that require a stable and reliable voltage reference.
The LT1009CPWG4 voltage reference consists of an integrated three-terminal adjustable series voltage reference with a voltage range of -6V to 6V and the ability to provide a precision output voltage with a typical initial accuracy of 0.2% and a typically stable temperature coefficient of 20ppm/°C. The reference output voltage can be adjusted externally by adding a resistor between the appropriate terminals. The LT1009CPWG4 operates from a single power supply, typically 5V, with a maximum operating voltage of 6V.
