Working principle:

The LT1354IS8#TRPBF works on the principle of rail-to-rail input and output levels. It features wide bandwidth, low input bias current, low drift, and very low noise. The LT1354IS8#TRPBF can operate from a single power supply as low as 3V or as high as 26V for a variety of applications.

The LT1354IS8#TRPBF provides high common mode rejection of -105 dB for low-frequency signals and -90 dB for high-frequency signals in the 10kHz to 1MHz range. It features adjustable gain from 1 to 1000 and is configurable for inverting or non-inverting amplifiers with the addition of an external resistor.

Its low offset of 10 µV typ., low offset drift of 0.3µV/°C typ. and output noise of 6nV/√ Hz make it suitable for precision applications. It is also designed to operate in harsh environments and is capable of operating over wide temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
