Working Principle

The LT1763CS8-5#TRPBF is a low dropout voltage regulator based on a linear voltage regulating circuit. The internal reference generates a reference voltage, usually 1.2V, which is compared with the voltage at the voltage input. An error amplifier amplifies the difference between these two voltages, and generates a signal driving the series pass element.
