LT1814IS#PBF Application Field and Working Principle

Linear Technology\'s LT1814IS#PBF is a micropower, low power current feedback op amp designed for use in instrumentation and process control applications. With a gain bandwidth product of 72MHz, the LT1814IS#PBF has a high uplink ratio and can be used to improve the linearity of the input signal.

The LT1814IS#PBF features a power-on-reset (POR) circuit and very low power consumption. It also features an open loop voltage gain of 1500 and a low noise of 18nV/√Hz at 1MHz, making it ideal for use in audio applications. The LT1814IS#PBF also has a high input impedance of 24MΩ which makes it ideal for both high and low level signal amplification.

In order to improve its performance, the LT1814IS#PBF includes a current feedback architecture which reduces input-referred noise, terlow distortion, and provides excellent input and output matching. The design of the op amp also includes high-speed, low-impedance inputs, which improve its slew rate and common-mode rejection ratio.
