The LT1943EFE#PBF is a special purpose voltage regulator designed for applications that require supply current of up to 8A. The regulator has a wide input voltage range from 2.7V to 18V and provides output voltage range of 0.9V to 36V. It has an internal thermal protection and current-limiting protection. The LT1943EFE#PBF has an integrated power PMOS transistor, a proprietary fast-startup acceleration logic and a frequency compensation architecture which provide optimal transient performance.

The LT1943EFE#PBF application field include power supplies, telecom and computing equipment, automotive, consumer and industrial electronics, automotive, industrial and consumer applications.
