LT3014BHVIDD#TRPBF is a high-precision, low-dropout, 3A low-noise, linear voltage regulator. It is designed for extending battery life in environment requiring only a few emission current under large load and minimal power loss. LT3014BHVIDD#TRPBF is manufactured by Linear Technology, a leader in power management technology. LT3014BHVIDD#TRPBF is a low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator, which is designed to provide a regulated output voltage over 3A or larger load currents, with an ultra-low noise output. The device operates over a wide range of input voltage (1.2V to 16V), ideal for automotive, industrial and communications applications. The LDO also maintains tight load and line regulation and a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR).Its features include a very low quiescent current of 1.3 μA at 3V, an input under-voltage lockout, thermal overload protection, output voltage up to 7V, programmable current limit and a power-OK indicator. The part has a low noise of 11μVrms (0.1 to 10Hz) and a low dropout voltage of only 400mV (3A). Its operating temperature range is from -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for a variety of applications.The LT3014BHVIDD#TRPBF is used to regulate the voltage levels in systems that need low noise, low power consumption and low voltage requirements.
