The LT4356HDE-1#PBF is an ultra-low capacitance high-speed Surge Suppression ICs for protecting data lines used in applications from damage caused by electrostatic discharge or other transients. The device provides two-channel differential ESD protection of up to ±16 kV contact discharge as required for USB 2.0 applications. It features an ultra-low forward diode capacitance of 2.4 pF and the reverse leakage current of one diode is as low as 0.6 nA, which enables the device to maintain data transfer speeds of up to 480 Mbps.
