The LTC2289IUP is a member of the Linear Technology family of Data Acquisition – Analog to Digital Converters (ADC). It is a high-speed, low power, 8-bit A/D converter designed for portable and space-constrained applications that require precision A/D conversion. The LTC2289IUP is ideal for low noise environments, such as scientific and test equipment, medical systems, and audio applications, that require low power consumption.The LTC2289IUP is a complete monolithic A/D converter offering an 8-bit digital output that is programmable over a range of 4.096V to 3.3V reference voltage. It provides excellent performance in a low power package. It is capable of a maximum throughput rate of 140 MSPS, with a dynamic input range of 400kHz to 5MHz. The LTC2289IUP has a number of features that make it ideal for a range of applications.
