The LTC2320IUKG-16#TRPBF is a low power, high performance, 16-bit low voltage analog-to-digital converter (ADC) which is suitable for use in consumer, battery-powered, or other low voltage applications.The LTC2320IUKG-16#TRPBF operates over a wide input voltage range and utilizes sigma-delta architecture to achieve a maximum throughput rate of 100 MSPS. It achieves both high resolution and good dynamic performance, with a noise floor of only -75.3 dB SNR and a 1LSB-INL accuracy of better than ±2.0.The LTC2320IUKG-16#TRPBF is a highly integrated device that features an on-chip lower power charge pump, a reference input for single-sided or differential input conversion, reference and reference bypass pins, a 7-bit gain control register and a 7-bit control register. Additionally, the device features a programmable clock skew, 2-wire serial communications, power-down and power-up initialization and an operational temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.The LTC2320IUKG-16#TRPBF is ideal for applications such as CCD imaging, battery-powered portable devices, telecom line cards, optical transmission systems, and robotics. The device is highly integrated, requires very few components and is simple to use, making it well suited for a wide range of applications.The working principle of the LTC2320IUKG-16#TRPBF is based on the sigma-delta architecture.
