LTC2951CDDB-2#TRPBF is a power supply controller, monitor, and supervisor designed and manufactured by Linear Technology. It is a single-channel wide input voltage (2.7V to 15.0V) power supply controller, monitor and supervisor in a 2.0mm x 1.5mm DFN package. The device includes high switching frequency (1.2MHz) DC/DC and LDOs, which allows designers to interface with systems with a wide variety of power supply levels and wide ranges of voltage. It also provides system health monitoring and protection for various load scenarios for single- and multi-cell systems, including batteries. The LTC2951CDDB-2#TRPBF uses an embedded processor and non-volatile memory, so it is programmable and all internal parameters can be customized to the user’s requirements. A wide range of features allows designers to configure the power supply to match the application requirements.
