The LTC3105EDD#PBF is a special purpose power management integrated circuit (PMIC) voltage regulator developed by Linear Technology Corporation. It is a high-efficiency boost regulator that provides up to 3.2A of output current while operating from an input voltage as low as 0.5V. The device is designed to efficiently step up low voltages from a single-cell Li-Ion battery or other low source voltage. It is available in an 8-lead, 3mm SSOP package.
