The two low-side MOSFETs are driven in phase opposition (60° out-of-phase) with respect to the two high side MOSFETs, the gate voltage of the low side FET is always lower than the gate voltage of the high side FET. This phase shift between the two gates creates a phase lag between the high and low side current, which eliminates the input current ripple.The LTC3618IFE#PBF has an internal 5V regulator that provides the necessary bias voltage for the control circuitry and gate drivers. The integrated bootstrap diode prevents the voltage at the BOOT pin from exceeding the internal 5V regulator.
