The LTC3670EDDB#TRPBF is a high frequency, synchronous, wide input range, dual-output, buck regulator, designed to optimize switching and linear performance for space sensitive applications. It integrates the DC/DC buck controller, two high-side and one low-side N-MOSFETs and a startup regulator.

The combination of linear and switching modes enables the LTC3670EDDB#TRPBF to deliver fast transient response and high efficiency over a wide range of output voltages and load currents. The switching frequency is adjustable up to 1MHz and the device can be operated with up to 95% duty cycle, allowing the use of small, low loss inductors and capacitors.

The LTC3670EDDB#TRPBF is capable of delivering high current, stable outputs with low noise, wide input voltage range (3.5V to 28V), adjustable output voltage down to 0.6V, and up to 6A of output current. Working Principle
