The MOSFET gate drivers feature a peak current boost of up to 400mA at 4.5V, allowing for speedy power up times and no-load efficiency of up to 95%. The low-voltage buck controller incorporates a PWM controller with programmable frequency and integrates a stable, 5V reference voltage. This allows for the voltage regulation of output voltages ranging between 0.6V and 5V. The LV5803M-TE-L-EAlso supports fast switchover and programmable power sequencing with its power-good output and ver house voltage wathdog. This makes the device suitable for multiple power supply configurations. Additionally, the SOT453-6 package and very low operating current reduces the power consumption and adds in cost savings.The LV5803M-TE-L-E is capable of operating in either fixed-frequency mode control (FF) or variable frequency control (VF) mode, depending on the application. FF mode allows the user to set a fixed frequency, while VF mode utilises PWM frequency modulation to control the switching frequency.
