The working principle of LXS8-PW35-0017N is based on the constant current boost (CCB) topology. It uses a power transistor, an opto-isolator, an LED current current sensing circuit and an error amplifier to control the output current. Initially, the power transistor acts as a pre-stage to ensure that the circuit is working in the constant on-time region. Then, the opto-isolator feeds the resulted pulse width modulation (PWM) signals to the gate of the power transistor, which matches the PWM signals to the input voltage
