LY20-20P-DT1-P1E-BR are headers, male pins, rectangular connectors manufactured by Souriau, a Subcompact ElementTM product line. Suitable for applications such as industrial, general maintenance, military, telecommunications, automotive, medical, food processing, and marine, these connectors feature snap-in mounting and 1.27mm pitch spacing for maximum performance.

The rectangular connectors offer high temperature resistance and protection from EMI, thanks to a screw locking system, and satisfy the requirements of FAR part 21, UL, and CSA certifications. Moreover, compatible mating receptacles on the printed circuit board provide more robust connections. The isolation housings are made from reinforced thermoplastic, with two-seal waterproofing technology.

LY20-20P-DT1-P1E-BR feature a 20-contact pin count, with dimple on terminal (DT1) and military dynamic performance level (MIL-DTL-38999 compliant). The 1.27mm sealed Pitch-to-Pitch (PP) contact ensures optimum current transfer and low profile design for easier integration in tight spaces. To ensure reliable connection, the pin has locking tab and receive an electrical and mechanical contact.
