The M2013TXG41 is characterized by its simple and reliable design.The M2013TXG41 is constructed from two high-temperature resistant thermoplastic components; a top shell moulded from UL94V0 flame rated material and the base substrate moulded from UL94V0 rated material. The mechanically operated switch contains two sets of contacts which are interrupted when the rocker switch is toggled. The contacts are encapsulated with a UL94V0 rated epoxy resin, providing superior heat resistance, impact and vibration resistance.The M2013TXG41 rocker switch also ensures reliable switching and a greater electrical life. Uniquely designed silver-plating contacts ensure low contact resistance and maximum life, while continuously ensuring reliable switching. The rocker switch is also designed to prevent short circuits when both poles are simultaneously triggered, by providing an internal disconnect-make contact. The rocker switch can be installed into a panel with a maximum thickness of 6mm and provides a stainless steel curved lever that can be inserted through a full-height panel.
