The M39003/01-2751H is sintered tantalum capacitor with manganese dioxide as the electrode material. It has a cylindrical structure with two leads coming out of the bottom part. It consists of dielectric layer, metal case and capacitor metal substrate. The capacitor metal substrate is made of the tantalum material, which is compacted into a solid cylinder with tin-plated leads. The dielectric layer is formed on the metal case by saturating the dielectric material with a high temperature and pressure.
