Working Principle:
The M39003/01-6377 consists of an anode formed from a sintered anode containing a polymer and tantalum pentoxide and a cathode made of a manganese dioxide pellet or a manganese dioxide-coated solid tantalum cathode. When a voltage is applied between the anode and cathode of the M39003/01-6377, a reverse potential is induced on the electrolyte due to current flow. This reverse potential causes a dielectric layer to form at the surface of the anode, which is referred to as the electrical double layer. This double layer of electrons and ions forms a dielectric layer that acts as a capacitor, and the capacitance of this capacitor is proportional to the applied voltage.
