The M39003/09-4032/HSD is a low-ESR (equivalent series resistance) tantalum capacitor, measuring 10mm in diameter with a height of 11mm, and a capacitance value of 33uF. It has a working voltage of 6.3VDC, and an operating temperature range of -55℃ to +125℃. It also has a rated ripple current of 10mA and a surge current rating of 250mA.

Like other tantalum capacitors, the working principle of the M39003/09-4032/HSD is based on the Faradaic reaction between an anode and a cathode.
