Working Principle of M5432 SL005
The M5432 SL005 multiple conductor cable utilizes copper-clad aluminum (CCA) conductors, stranding, insulation, and jacketing to ensure that signal transmissions are secure and reliable. The CCA conductors consist of an inner, annealed copper core that is coated with an aluminum cladding layer. The conductors are then strung together with a uniform stranding pitch to achieve electrical continuity in the bundle, as well as reducing the susceptibility to electrical noise. The insulation material is a synthetic rubber type, designed to ensure that the bundle remains protected from environmental degradation. The jacketing of the cable is constructed of a poly-vinyl-chloride (PVC) material, also providing environmental protection from damage and increasing the life cycle of the cable.
