Oscillators are devices which can generate a cyclical, repetitive and stable output, and one of the most popular types of oscillator is the MEMS oscillator. The MEMS (microelectromechanical system) oscillator is a small mechanical device consisting of MEMS components, and the M692SDM-R02 is a well-known MEMS oscillator featuring a highly stable frequency output.

The M692SDM-R02 was designed for a range of telecommunications and automotive applications, such as WiFi, Bluetooth and wireless networking; automotive infotainment, audio and navigation systems, and telematics. It is capable of outputting frequencies between 3.2MHz and 3.6GHz and achieves this with a supply voltage of 1.8V-3.5V and power consumption of 8mA max.
