M74HCT652B1R is a high performance CMOS logic line receiver gate driver which is designed especially for driving high power loads. It works by gaining an input signal and passing it through a logic gate or transceiver to determine the required action to be taken. It contains four independent circuits for different functions such as logic gate, driver, receiver, and transceiver. This part is capable of driving at least 30V of load current with 100mA minimum per load. Moreover, it offers very good noise immunity and high speed operation.
