Application field and Working Principle

MADHT1105NA1 can usually be applied to driving fairly small servo motor for applications in automation industry such as 3D printer, pump motor, air blower, high speed robot arm and so on. It allows users to control motor current and rotation speed accurately. Due to its small size, low power consumption, accurate temperature control and self-feedback feature, it is an ideal solution for motor controlling.

In regard to the working mechanism of MADHT1105NA1, it is built as an adjustable DC motor driver board with integrated Hall sensor and MOSFET. The Hall sensor is used to detect the rotational direction of motor and control the speed of motor while the integrated MOSFET is used to detect and control the current of motor. In other words, it allows the user to control the current and speed of motor by changing the Hall sensor and MOSFET.

Additionally, MADHT1105NA1 consists of temperature feedback component and protective circuits. The temperature feedback component achieve temperature compensation of motor current and, consequently, higher efficiency. In addition to that, the protective circuits automatically shut down the motor in case of over-current, over-temperature, or stall detection.

MADHT1105NA1 is designed to provide a wide power range, and has a wide range of voltage input from 5V to 24V. The continuous output current and peak current are 0.5A and 1A, respectively maximum. Motor control operation is monitored at the same time to ensure safe operation. Therefore, this product has good performance at a low price and is very suitable for driving small servo motors.
