TVS - Diodes A TVS or Transient Voltage Suppression diode is a type of electronic protection diode used to protect vulnerable electronic devices from voltage transients, or other sudden voltage surges which could otherwise cause damage or disruption to their normal operation. The TVS diode features a high peak current response, high speed, low capacitance and low reverse leakage current. The MART100KP250AE3TVS-Diode is designed to protect automotive components from reverse voltage (EMI & ESD) that can result from electrical transients in automotive environments.
