The RF transmitters are widely used in the modern electronic communication and wireless networking, and the MAX2365ETM+T is one of their essential components. MAX2365ETM+T is a field effect transistor (FET) with an integrated power amplifier, designed to deliver high linearity and output power in the up-conversion of an intermediate frequency (IF) signal to a RF signal. It is specifically designed for applications like receiver up-converter, exciter and synthesizer.
This device offers wide dynamic ranges, from low noise figure levels to high output power levels, and is suitable for a huge number of application fields. The device is based on a push-pull driving architecture, which achieves a high linearity and power efficiency by creating a low distortion output signal. The two input channels are connected to differential amplifier, which detects the input signals and converts them to single-ended. These signals are then amplified by gaincells located in the core of the device and then sent to the output modulator.
The output modulator contains a two-stage power amplifier (PA) composed of FETs. The output PA is optimized to deliver high linearity and efficiency and guarantees that the output signal is clear from any distortion. Furthermore, the integrated power detector can monitor the output power, setting the quiescent current and controlling the gain to achieve the desired output power.
The high levels oflinearity offered by the MAX2365ETM+T along with its broad range ofapplication fields, from wireless communications to medical and military purposes, make it one of the most used amplifiers in the RF transmitter marketwith extremely good market feedbacks.
