The MAX2670GTB/V+ is a radio Frequency (RF) front end module that integrates a low noise amplifier (LNA) and a power amplifier (PA) into a single package. This eliminates the need to design, develop, and assemble multiple components on a printed circuit board (PCB) for an RF front end solution. This module is ideal for a variety of applications, including but not limited to automotive, industrial, medical, and IoT. The MAX2670GTB/V+ is also suited for high-performance, low-power communication systems for 3G, 4G, 5G, and Wi-Fi.
The MAX2670GTB/V+ provides an optimized gain-bandwidth balance for both transmit and receive applications. The LNA section offers a significant decrease in noise figure while maintaining an excellent linearity for low power consumption. The PA section provides a high dynamic range for low power consumption. The module also has an integrated switch to switch quickly between transmit and receive path.
