Special purpose, linear amplifiers provide an effective interface between various audio and video signals for specific applications, such as radio communications and industrial controls. The MAX4374TEUB-T is an L-band, GaAs FET amplifier designed for low noise, wideband operation in applications where high linearity is required. With a typical small signal gain of 8 dB, the device offers a wide 3.8 to 6.5 GHz frequency range in both 1V and 0.5V varieties.
