Output power can be accurately monitored as the MAX4391ESA+ also features an output current monitoring function (obtained through an output voltage derivative voltage). This output current monitoring function ensures that the regulator is operated within recommended levels, thus protecting valuable components from being damaged due to over-current conditions.The MAX4391ESA+ module features a wide range of programming options and protection features.
