MAX5824AUP+T is a key component in a Data Acquisition system for Digital to Analog Converters (DAC). It is a high performance, precision 16-bit DAC which provides exceptional accuracy and stability for harsh industrial applications. It has a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is available in a compact 14-pin SOIC or low-profile 10-pin TDFN package with an integrated thermal pad. The MAX5824AUP+T offers a true 16-bit resolution and provides up to 30.5mV (2µs) settling time and nanoseconds-level resolution. It features an on-chip voltage reference with 8ppm of temperature and accuracy drift, three low-pass filter (LPF) options, an integrated temperature sensor, and an integrated gain buffer. The on-chip voltage reference ensures that the output voltage is consistent and independent of power supply variations. The MAX5824AUP+T also provides a low-pass filter option for noise reduction. The three low-pass filter options are 300kHz, 3MHz, and 30MHz. The 300kHz LPF option offers a high bandwidth but low noise performance, while the 3MHz LPF offers a wide bandwidth but high noise performance. The 30MHz LPF option provides excellent noise reduction performance but has a very low-pass bandwidth. The integrated temperature sensor provides a feedback loop for temperature compensation.
