PMIC - Voltage Reference

MAX6070BAUT18+T is a Micropower Low-Dropout (LDO) Voltage Reference family of 6-pin SOT23 package devices. This voltage reference provides good accuracy, low quiescent current, and low temperature coefficient. These devices are designed to maintain a constant 1.8V or 2.5V nominal output voltage over a wide range of operating temperature, input voltage, and loading conditions.

Applications and Working Principle

MAX6070BAUT18+T voltage reference devices are primarily used in portable and low-power applications. The working principle of the MAX6070BAUT18+T is essentially a current mirror circuit, where a reference current is mirrored across a load resistance.
