The MAX6192BESA+ is a precision low-dropout (LDO) voltage reference in a tiny 2mm x 2mm TDFN package. With a low temperature coefficient (TC) down to 10 ppm/°C, it delivers a temperature stability that is near that of many bandgaps. At 25°C, the device can maintain a ±1% system-level accuracy over a wide input voltage range of 2.7 to 5V. The MAX6192BESA+ also offers low noise and low output voltage drift with respect to temperature, which minimizes output voltage changes due to temperature fluctuations. This makes the MAX6192BESA+ the ideal choice for precision reference designs in space-constrained applications.

The MAX6192BESA+ offers a low quiescent current of 0.9µA, and is stable with output capacitors as low as 5µF.
