MAX635ACPA is a monolithic DC-DC switching regulator that is suitable for various applications. It has an exceptional 180-mA drive capability, allowing it to drive up to two N-channel power MOSFETs at 150°C junction temperature. The MAX635ACPA is designed to deliver line and load regulation, low output noise, and high efficiency in a small package.The MAX635ACPA has a well-defined output voltage range of 0.8V to 6V. It can operate over an input supply range of 4.5V to 40V, a wide range for applications with limited input voltage flexibility.
