The MAX6792TPSD2+ is a feature-rich device of power management integrated circuits (PMIC) - Supervisors. The device is designed to provide a full featured power management solution in a single small package.
The MAX6792TPSD2+ offers industry leading features such as a very low supply current, under-voltage lockout, voltage monitoring, power sequencing, and linear regulators for easy implementation of a complete power system. At the heart of the MAX6792TPSD2+ is a very low supply current, low quiescent current regulator, providing excellent power efficiency to the system. This feature combined with the low dropout feature provides a well optimized solution for the power system.
The MAX6792TPSD2+ has a selectable, adjustable under-voltage lockout (UVLO), which allows the user to protect the system from input voltages that are too low. The UVLO is adjustable, allowing the designer to set the low threshold voltages. In addition, the device provides adjustable voltage monitoring and support for both low voltage and high voltage supplies.
