The MAX683EUA+ is an integrated step-down current mode DC-DC regulator that is designed to interface with a range of control and feedback components including an adaptive linear voltage regulator and an adjustable output voltage controller. The MAX683EUA+ features an advanced power management IC, a wide range of short-circuit protection, a synchronous rectifier driver, a dual temperature protection circuit, and a constant output voltage with a low supply voltage.

Both versions come in either a standard 6-pin SOT89 package or a 5-pin SOT23 package.
