DC DC switching regulators are voltage regulator circuits that are used to step down and regulate output voltage to the level desired by the application. The MAX685ETG+ is a monolithic buck DC DC switching regulators perfect for use in space-constrained and power-sensitive applications. It features a wide input range, output voltage accuracy, fast transient performance, and ultra-low EMI noise. In addition, it can be used in either a cascading architecture or in a single step-down conversion for scalability.

The MAX685ETG+ has an input voltage range of 2.2 V to 10 V and an output voltage range from 0.7 V to 5.5 V. The output voltage can be adjusted in 0.1 V increments.
