HS-MSOP package allows 12mil minimum center-to-center distances among pins.

Working Principle of MAX9039BEBT-T

The working principle of linear-comparators is based on the accuracy and linearity of the reference voltage. The left end of the resistor divider network sets the input voltage of the comparator to a certain reference voltage. When the voltage at the inverting input (minus input) is lower than the reference voltage, the output of the comparator is at a high level. On the contrary, when the voltage is higher than the reference voltage, the output level is low. Thus, it involves a comparison circuit that compares two voltages and gives an output that varies according to the comparison of the voltages.

The MAX9039BEBT-T is an advanced linear - comparator, which improves the performance of the traditional comparator. It has an internal reference multiplier circuit, which produces an accurate and adjustable reference voltage from an external reference (VREF) voltage input. The internal opamp, connected as a buffer, results in very low offset and very high slew rates of the device. Besides, it provides 100MHz gain-bandwidth product. By turning on both of the enable inputs, the comparator can be enabled; whereas, only one of the enable inputs can be used to turn off the comparator.
