MAX9093AKA+T is a linear-comparator, an integrated operational amplifier (op-amp) and Schmitt trigger, designed to operate from supplies up to 18V while consuming only 20μA of quiescent current. It provides good phase margin, low offset voltage, low noise, and compensation for device temperature variations. The device also provides fast settling, over-voltage protection, and high open-loop slew rate.

The MAX9093AKA+T application field includes pulse-width modulation (PWM), as well as bipolar and unipolar comparators. This protection threshold is adjustable, allowing the protection to be tailored to the specific application.

In addition, the MAX9093AKA+T also features an adjustable fast settling pulse-width modulation (PWM) regulator. This regulator allows the device to be used to precisely control the output voltage, ensuring that it is always maintained within a specified range. The device also features a spread spectrum noise suppression function which helps reduce the effects of EMI on the device.
