The MAX9254EUM+D is an integrated serializer/deserializer (SerDes) clock and data recovery (CDR) and local oscillator (LO) device that can be used to convert between electrical and optical signals. In addition to having high performance differential data paths, the device also has the capability to output a low frequency synchronous clock signal generated from the data inputs. This makes the MAX9254EUM+D an ideal solution for data transmission applications that use DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing) transceivers.
